Helen Palmer announces an online course on the Enneagram
The enneagram is getting more of the press it deserves!
Helen Palmer is going to start teaching an online Enneagram class through JFK University very soon. Apparently, the class has been almost two years in the making. It is great to see the study getting more respect in academic settings without diluting the spiritual gifts it has to offer as well.
Here is a short quote from the email she sent out last night:
About two years ago I was approached by members of the University’s administration with the idea of creating an Enneagram based online course for their continuing education track. The idea intrigued me as a chance to expand the outreach of my program on psychological and spiritual integration without having to spend more time in distant airports and strange hotels! Eighteen months later, the first online course is up and running and people are registering for it.
Our first effort is a 15-hour online presentation titled “Using the Enneagram in Psychological Assessment and Practice”. This e-course offers insightful new material that is immediately applicable, whether you are taking the online course for continuing education units as a behavioral science professional, or as someone who is interested in personal growth and spiritual development.
Having personally spent a long weekend with Helen at a conference, I can attest that she is a wonderful teacher. If you have the time and money, taking her online course would be a very good way to get introduced to the subject or further you understanding.
